Payment Policy
A deposit is needed to lock in your appointment, and it can be sent through Venmo or Cash App (Zelle or Apple Pay available upon request). The remaining balance will be due in CASH at your appointment.

Health and Safety Guidelines
Your health and safety are my top priority. I follow strict sanitation practices, including sterilizing tools and disinfecting surfaces. If you are feeling unwell, please let me know so we can reschedule. Thank you for keeping our space safe!
Late Policy
You have a 10-minute grace period!
10-15 minutes = $10 Late Fee*
After 15 minutes = appointment cancelled
Squeeze-In's
I have a set schedule for the most part but I can be flexible from time to time. Please DM me for any appointments outside of my scheduled hours and I will try my best to accommodate you! Please keep in mind there is an additional $25 squeeze-in fee!
Rescheduling/Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule please let me know at least 48 hrs before your appointment. I will be able to do a one-time “transfer” of your deposit and reschedule it for a later date.
If you reschedule and do not show up to your new appointment, you will not be able to book again.
Extra Guests
To provide the best experience for you, I kindly ask that no extra guests be brought along. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

No Shows
I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, if you miss your appointment without prior communication you will not be able to book again.
